1. About KAIRN
KAIRN provides interior architecture, spatial design consulting, bespoke fabrication coordination, and related studio services. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, use of this website does not by itself create a formal client-architect or consulting relationship.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Studio Commissions and Client Portals
If you are provided with private client portal access during an active spatial commission, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or private client environments.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.
Copy, scrape, crawl, reproduce, or exploit the website content without permission.
Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, unlawful, infringing, misleading, or malicious content.
5. Content and Availability
KAIRN may update, change, suspend, or remove any part of the Services, including project archives and journal entries, at any time without notice. KAIRN does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
6. Consultations and Fees
Website usage is free, but formal spatial design commissions, architectural consultations, and physical fabrication services are subject to separate, signed Client Agreements. Any preliminary fees collected via the website for initial consultations or site visits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a formal agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all website content, architectural photography, spatial renderings, text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, and other materials, are owned by KAIRN or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, republish, or create unauthorized derivative works from KAIRN’s portfolio or website content without prior written permission.
8. User Content
If you submit project briefs, floor plans, or inquiry forms to the Services, you grant KAIRN a limited, non-exclusive license to use and review that content to evaluate a potential commission. You represent that you own or have the rights necessary to submit that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party vendor websites, material suppliers, or press features. KAIRN is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAIRN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAIRN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website.
